The documentation is very detailed and there is a lot of support behind the framework. It's also very good for social media integration, and it comes with Lucene so you can integrate search on your website. The thing I like about CodeIgniter thought is that it's very light weight and easy to learn. And it has a Shopping Cart class, which is something I think Zend should really think about adding.
